Changing retention capabilities in Microsoft 365

On the 15th September the IRMS' Public Sector Group asked me to speak to their members about some of the retention changes that have been introduced in Microsoft 365 over the past 6 months or so. Despite some minor technical challenges, the session provoked many interesting questions and seemed very well received.
